CHANGES ARE HAPPENING AT BIB
IMPORTANT UPDATES
3/1/2023
Thanks for taking a minute to learn about some important updates! On Feb 28th, we sent an email letting everyone know of some changes we are making to our massage therapy schedules. This change will begin on Monday, April 3, 2023.
-
Serenity will now only be working 9am-2:30pm, Mon- Fri
-
Jene is adding hours Mon-Thurs and will be taking off Fri (as of 4/14/23)
-
Tanner is adding hours to his schedule
-
We have hired another therapist, Jack! He will be available 2-6pm Mon-Fri
We understand these changes can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we want to assure you that the reason for this change is to provide our employees with a better work-life balance. We recognize the importance of being able to attend family events, especially for those with young children. That's why we are committed to creating a work environment that values our employees' personal lives as well as their work.
Our new hire, Jack, has been massaging for 8 years and should be fully credentialed (attached to our office) with insurance companies in 30-60 days. You are welcome to still see him prior, but if you have massage benefit coverage, we will not be able to bill insurance, if so.
We have been, and will continue to reach out to get apts rescheduled. If we cannot find another apt close to your apt, you will be moved to first on our massage cancellation list which we pull from daily.
Additionally, to make things as easy as possible, any massage apt scheduled with Serenity or Jene AFTER June 1, 2023, will automatically be rescheduled with Jack. Of course, you can let us know if you'd prefer to change the apt, but we want to ensure you at least have an apt on the books.
We also want to let you know that we have closed our massage schedules to new patients. This will hopefully allow our current patients more available appointment times.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make this transition. We are committed to providing you with the best possible care and believe that this change will ultimately benefit our patients as well as our employees.
Sincerely,
The BIB Team
